Currency
The Homenoise webshop uses Danish Krone (DKK) as currency. Any exchange fees from other currencies will be at the customer’s expense.
VAT
All prices shown on the Homenoise website are without VAT. EU customers have to pay an additional 25% VAT which will be added to the order and shown upon checkout.
Payments
All payments on the Homenoise website are done through Stripe using the payment methods Stripe offers.
We will not accept any other payment methods.
Shipping
Upon checkout the shipping cost will be added to the order.
Shipping costs differ depending on the available logistics company and the destination country of the product. We do our best to find the best combination of shipping prices and logistics quality. Depending on the destination of the order, we either use DHL Express or PostNord.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code for the package.
Additional costs & fees
The total amount shown upon checkout does not include any potential import fees, customs duties, transaction fees, … Because these additional costs are different for every country, we cannot predict or estimate what these additional costs will be. These costs are all at the customer’s expense.
Orders
When an order confirmation is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced products, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a price change, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Two year warranty
All Homenoise pedals come with a two (2) year warranty. During this period homenoise will repair/replace malfunctioning products.
This warranty does not cover:
misuse and abuse
unauthorised modifications
unauthorised repair attempts
connecting the wrong power supply
improper storage
loss or theft
damage to the paint, knobs, indicator LEDs and the exterior of the product
packaging
accesories
Request repair/replacement of broken product
If you have a Homenoise product that is broken, please contact us through the contact page to find out if it is in warranty.
A proof of purchase may be required in order for us to validate if the malfunctioning product is still covered by warranty.
Do not ship any malfunctioning products without a confirmation email.
Malfunctioning products outside of the warranty period
If your Homenoise product is not covered by warranty because it is older than two (2) years or because the damage falls under the not-covered damages, you can still contact us to have it repaired.
Costs & fees
Any possible repair costs (if warranty is not applicable), shipping costs, import fees, customs duties and transaction fees will be at the customer’s expense.

14 day return policy
If you wish to return a product that you ordered from the website, you have the right to return it within the first 14 days after receiving your order and get a full refund for the product.
Contact us if you wish to return your product.
Please do not return any product without receiving a confirmation email from us.
All returns must be shipped as an insured shipment with an international courier.
Conditions
To be able to get the full amount of the money refunded, the following conditions must be met:
Returns must be request within 14 days after receiving your product. We may ask for documentation to prove the product is covered by the return policy.
The returned product must be in the condition that it was shipped to the customer.
The returned product must be fully functioning.
All accessories must be included
Original packaging must be included.
If one or more of these conditions is not met, we will evaluate the value and condition of the returned product and you will be refunded a reduced amount according to that value. We also reserve the right to deny the return of a product if one or more of the mentioned conditions is not met.

Any possible shipping costs, import fees, customs duties and transaction fees are not included in the 14 day return policy and will be at the customer’s expense.

Homenoise cannot be held liable for any injury, damage, direct or indirect loss, consequential or economic loss, or any other loss occasioned by the use of, inability to use, or reliance on the information contained on the Homenoise website, social media platforms and documentation or information provided by a Homenoise representative.
Homenoise can also not be held liable to any party for damages that result from the failure of its products. Damages excluded include, but are not limited to: lost profits, lost savings, damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, or inability to use its products.
In no event can Homenoise be held liable for more than the amount of the purchase price, not to exceed the current retail price of the malfunctioning product. Homenoise disclaims any other warranties, express or implied.
Homenoise disclaims liability for any delay caused to you by repairs or replacement of faulty goods.
By using Homenoise products, the user accepts all terms herein.
